Enhanced SYBUNT and LYBUNT Reports: Reconnect with Lapsed Donors  

SYBUNT (Some Year but Unfortunately Not This Year) and LYBUNT (Last Year but Unfortunately Not This Year) reports are key tools for identifying lapsed donors. For those newer to the field, these reports are essential for spotting donors who haven’t given recently, helping nonprofits tailor outreach efforts to bring them back into the fold. 

At CharityEngine, SYBUNT and LYBUNT reports come standard, but we continuously strive to make them more adaptable to your unique needs. Our latest updates take donor segmentation to the next level with advanced filtering options, including the ability to filter by Fund and GL Code.

Opportunities by Solicitor Reports: Gain Deeper Insights into Major Gift Efforts

If your organization has—or is looking to establish—a major gift program, CharityEngine’s Solicitor Reports are a must-have tool for tracking performance. These reports provide a detailed view of opportunities by solicitor, making it easier for Development Directors to manage their teams effectively. With insights into how each Major Gift Officer is performing and the number of active opportunities in their pipeline, you can make data-driven decisions to drive success.

What’s New in Solicitor Reports? 
In our latest release, we’ve introduced two powerful updates: 

  • Filter by Solicitor Name: Easily narrow your report to focus on individual team members. 
  • Suppress Solicitors Without Open Opportunities: Streamline your view by hiding solicitors who currently have no active opportunities. 

These enhancements help you focus on the data that matters most, saving time and providing clarity. 

Don’t Forget the Opportunities Pipeline 
CharityEngine also offers an Opportunities Pipeline View, a visual dashboard that tracks every stage of your current opportunities. With the ability to filter by solicitor, this feature provides a comprehensive, stage-by-stage overview of each team member’s active opportunities, empowering you to monitor progress and ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.

Contact Management Upgrades: Strengthen Relationships with Ease 

Keeping donor relationships strong starts with effective contact management. CharityEngine’s latest updates make it easier than ever to track, document, and access valuable donor information. Slide5-3

New “Add” Option for Contact Record Descriptions 
Adding personalized details to contact records just got simpler. With the new “Add” option in the description tab, fundraisers can effortlessly document key insights about donors. This enhancement helps teams build a richer knowledge base, enabling more tailored and meaningful donor interactions. 

Quick Links for Activity Participation 
Efficiency is key when managing donor activities. Users can now click directly on participating contact links within activity names displayed on the welcome screen. To make navigation even smoother, hovering over a contact’s name reveals a tooltip, “Click to go to record,” guiding users seamlessly to the contact record. 

New Event Tokens for Receipts: Personalize Event Communications 

Event registration receipts just got more personalized with CharityEngine’s latest update. Fundraisers can now include event location details directly in email receipts, providing registrants with clear and specific information about their events.Slide6-1

Add Event Location Details Effortlessly 
Using the new location token, [TRANSACTION.EVENT.LOCATION.NAME], event receipts can automatically display location specifics. For example: 

"Thank you for registering for our event at the Hilton Hotel." 

This enhancement ensures your attendees have all the details they need while saving your team time on manual updates.
