Our latest release focuses on two areas that directly support fundraising teams where it matters most: saving time on follow-up and keeping peer-to-peer campaigns moving forward without friction.
From a new automated communication workflow to thoughtful enhancements across Peer-to-Peer, these updates are designed to help teams stay focused on relationships, not manual work.
A New Automated Workflow for Non-Responders
Following up with people who didn’t respond to an appeal is important, but manually building lists and managing timing often means it gets pushed aside.
That’s where our new Initiative Non-Responders Communication Series comes in.

This automated workflow makes it easy to re-engage prospects who didn’t donate or take action after receiving an initiative email. Simply select the initiative, and CharityEngine automatically identifies the right audience and enrolls them in a follow-up communication series. No manual list building. No guesswork.
The result is a simple, consistent way to stay connected with supporters who may just need another touchpoint, without adding more work to your team’s plate.

New Assignments, Front and Center
We also made a small but helpful improvement to daily solicitor summary emails. These emails now highlight newly assigned contacts from the previous day, making it easier for solicitors to quickly spot and follow up with new prospects while interest is still fresh.
Peer-to-Peer Updates That Keep Energy High
Peer-to-Peer fundraising works best when fundraisers feel supported and inspired at every step. This release includes several updates designed to remove friction and keep campaigns feeling active and engaging.

Showcase momentum in real time
P2P microsites can now display a scrolling widget that highlights the most recent donations as they come in. Alongside top fundraisers and top teams, organizations can now add real-time social proof that reinforces momentum and encourages others to give.
Guide fundraisers after they register
Organizations can now customize the P2P registration success page, making it easy to share next steps, tips, or helpful resources right after someone signs up. Instead of a dead-end confirmation page, fundraisers immediately see what to do next and how to succeed.

Create teams after registration
Fundraisers can now set up a team after completing P2P registration. When team registration is enabled, this option appears on both the success page and the fundraiser’s dashboard. This removes a common point of frustration and makes it easy for individuals to form teams when the idea strikes, without having to start over.
Designed to Keep Things Moving
Taken together, these updates are about momentum. Momentum in your outreach. Momentum in your campaigns. Momentum for the people raising money on your behalf.
As always, these enhancements are shaped by how customers actually use the platform, and we’ll continue refining the experience to make fundraising easier, more effective, and more human.
More improvements are on the way, and we’re excited to keep building alongside you.
