Our October 2023 update is bursting with new features and enhancements designed to take your experience to the next level. There's much to explore, from a smarter AI Assistant to seamless user experiences, one-click support, advanced email automation, peer-to-peer campaign upgrades, and MobilePay app UI improvements.
Join us as we dive into the exciting details of these enhancements, all geared toward making our platform even more intuitive, efficient, and powerful for you.
In this update, you'll notice that our AI Assistant, conveniently accessible from the center of your welcome screen, has been enhanced to understand a broad spectrum of natural language queries. This improvement aims to assist you in swiftly accessing the tools and tasks you need. If it's been some time since you last used our AI Assistant, we highly recommend giving it another shot.
And just for fun, here are some queries you can experiment with (a helpful tip: start with action verbs like create, find, manage, enter, etc.)
PS. We have also increased the font size and simplified the icon labels to improve clarity.
In an ongoing effort to improve user experience, we’ve introduced UI improvements across all screens that previously featured tabs. For instance, when creating a new contact record, the top navigation has been upgraded with larger font sizes, and tab borders have been eliminated for a more visually appealing experience.
We have integrated the "Get Help" icon into our footer. This change enables users to submit support requests with just a single click.
When crafting your communication series or constructing an email workflow, you can improve your email deliverability by utilizing the new Reputation Mode called “Verified Emails Only.” This feature guarantees that emails are sent only to contacts who have validated their email addresses.
Alternatively, you can also select "Any Email," which bypasses series account settings, allowing you to send emails to your entire list.
You can now specify the exact time you want your individual series emails to be sent, improving the chances of your prospects opening and engaging with your messages.
You now have the ability to craft highly targeted email lists using gift probability data through our email series audience settings. By leveraging the predictive power of gift probability, you can seamlessly tailor and segment your campaigns, considering both the potential donation amount and the likelihood of donor contribution. This new feature empowers you to optimize your email marketing strategy, ensuring that your messages reach the right audience with precision and impact.
Our Advocacy application now lets you automate follow-up emails when constituents take action on specific issues. This enhancement enables you to acknowledge constituents’ efforts and create an opportunity to request donations or encourage involvement in other important causes.
Your peer-to-peer campaign registrants will now benefit from an effortless sign-up process, enabling them to register faster. While previously registration required login, now, returning donors only need to enter and verify their email address for hassle-free sign-up.
We are introducing a new Peer-to-Peer microsite type, "Registration," alongside the existing options: Virtual, Fundraising, and Grassroots. This innovative microsite variation allows your donors to register for a P2P event without the obligation to fundraise. It's all about providing an opportunity rather than a requirement.
The beauty of this feature is that it creates more flexible fundraising opportunities for donors while still welcoming those who simply wish to register for an event. It's a win-win for inclusivity and fundraising success.
Users of our Mobile Pay App can expect an enhanced user experience. They will now receive an in-app message confirming that the receipt has been successfully sent to the donor, eliminating any uncertainty about its status. Also, we have implemented a validation message for cases when an invalid credit card expiration date is entered, helping users promptly identify and rectify the issue.
